Our friends at the Valley Visitors’ Bureau have provided these Electronic Coupons for museums, restaurants, and activities while in Springfield. Be sure to check them out!
NERGC is committed to making sure that our 2017 Conference is open and accessible to all attendees, including those with needs related to mobility, hearing, vision, and diet. All dining and concession areas located within the Mass Mutual Center are ADA compliant, as are the restrooms, entrances, and elevators. Service animals are welcome. Here is more information about accessibility at the MMC.
If you have a need for rental of mobility equipment please contact Pam Roberts directly at 860 428-2406 or email@example.com. Depending on the specific need she may be able to direct you to a source to meet your needs.
Note: Registrants with special meal requirements and/or mobility, hearing or visual special needs as
outlined in the American with Disabilities Act must detail those requirements in writing to NERGC by March 15, 2017.
