COVID
Our goal is to host a conference that provides the in-person educational and social experience that attendees enjoyed from previous NERGC conferences. At the same time we aim to be fully compliant with all applicable and current local, state, and federal public health guidelines. This will likely mean that there will be some minor adjustments compared to prior events. At the same time we’re unlikely to see the onerous measures that were associated with life in 2020, when an unvaccinated population faced the original SARS-CoV-2 strains.
Working with our partners at the MassMutual Center, we are continually monitoring any changes in situation and will set and communicate more specific guidance where needed.
Cancellations
Cancellations emailed or postmarked before 14 April 2023 will be subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds are available after 14 April 2023. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

Photography Policy
NERGC representatives may take photography or video and conduct interviews throughout the NERGC Conference sessions. Registration for the NERGC conference grants permission and consent for the use of this photography and video for the purposes of society promotion including, but not limited to, newspapers, television, websites, magazines, and brochures.
